The service was great! Very friendly people. I was amazed by the ease quick service. Trent was especially helpful; he happily and thoroughly sprayed my house, taking extra emphasis on problem areas. He even installed our mouse/spider traps in the best recommended spots to get the job done. Overall this was by far the best pest control service I have ever dealt with. -Reuben Gonzalez

Teresa E Today I had my first service for pest control by Alterra. The representative, Ezequiel, was very thorough in treating my home. He asked specifically where I had pest issues and what the pest were. He saw some ants and offered to come back at another time and do an additional free treatment for ants. Anytime I have a pest problem I will certainly call Alterra.
Connor and Stanton came to my house today and did a great job! They did the house, basement, garage, front yard AND back yard, and they did it in record time and (seriously) with smiles on their faces! They were nice to my kid too, which is always a plus. They patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before the left. I was WAY impressed. Will definitely be using them again.
Trent lingle came out for me 5/30/14. He was very respectful he did a efficient job. I was comfortable with him being in my home, unsupervised. will ask for him again to be my quarterly service representative.
