I had my initial review and treatment done by Kayden M., who was personable, thorough, and professional - I was really pleased with the service and with the personnel I have met.
Yesterday, our house was serviced for the first time, and, I have to say I was very impressed by Jeff, the service professional from Alterra Pest Control. He was very prompt, explained all my questions to my satisfaction, and was very thorough.
I am late in finally writing a review but still remember & am very happy w/ the service Mann provided on July 23, 3013. :)

The route manager who came by my house, Kevin M, was very kind and sociable during his visit. He had to put up with my two children and adolescent husky pestering him and he still carefully explained everything to me before I signed. My service professional Ashton C. was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and was overall very professional in his attention and care to my property.
