Gale P. I am a customer of Alterra and Andy S. is my Service Pro. Andy S is very professional, friendly and explains what issues he saw during his visit to our home and communicates what he did for us during his visit.
I am Elizabeth D. and had been a customer of Alterra since last year. We just had our third service, Saturday, Jan 24, 2015 and the Service Pro by the name MANN, was so amazing. He was very professional, friendly as well, and educated us more on pest preventions. Michael P, our service pro, has done our service before and remembered the areas to be covered. He got to work immediately after we discussed areas that needed to be done today. Alterra PC had also did two "free" reservice in the summer months when ants were a big problem in the house and outside. We appreciated that as things got under control.
