We started with Alterra a few months ago and are extremely happy with their service. Today (February 12, 2013) Andy Stout stopped by, we were not home and I had forgotten to unlock the gate to the back yard. He waited an extra few minutes and as luck would have it we arrived home shortly thereafter. Andy did a thorough job, in a pleasant and professional manner.

Service Date: 1/15/13. We have been using Alterra since May 2012 and really like their company and products. On this visit, our service Pro was Chaaning Ly who was so professional, properly dressed and very nice. He sprayed outside and inside for we were having an ant problem. He made sure, by telling me a couple of times, if we see more, just call Alterra and they would be happy to come back out. I can see the company realizing what a great employee they have and moving him up in the future.
Service date: 1/02/13. Above and beyond service from Chaaning Ly! Chaaning does an excellent job, very friendly and made sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction--and then some. He covered a few problem areas inside the home, and all of the yard areas. He represents your company very well! If any of you need a pest control company...do not hesitate to call on these guys. From Sales to Service..they "get it".
Bo, the Service Pro who provided our latest service was friendly and made sure he understood what our call was for and what pest(s) we were having an issue with. As the service pros do, he informed us of what he would be doing.. and was out in no time. (order #215031) Advice - if you need to schedule someone to come out to treat your house, call to schedule instead of email. Even though there is internet options, I never receive a response if I use that feature.
Ly did a great job today explaining what he was going to do and then what he DID do! Very polite...
Great job by Andy...explained the entire process from start to finish. What's even better is the Eco-friendly pesticides used versus more toxic types by other pest companies.
The service professional, Ladd, was very pleasant and professional (unlike the last pest control service), and that made it easier to have him do work around my home!
