Mann came out yesterday for our scheduled service and, as always, was very polite and professional. He always lets us know he's there and makes sure all the dogs are safe in the house before he opens the gate to the backyard or sprays anything. After he's done, he explains what he used where, and why, and makes sure any additional concerns are addressed. Can't ask for a better service pro!! -Chuck P.
