When Jeff L knocked on my door for a routine pest control treatment, I asked him if he could check out the noises in my attic while he was here. No problem! He took the extra time right then and there to look for pests in my house. Thanks Jeff L!
Service pro Mann did an excellent job in meeting all our pest control needs around our house and garden.
Alterra is a great pest control service. We had ants coming in our house off and on throughout the year. We always had to be on alert! We also had numerous black widows in our backyard. Before Alterra, I was killing 10 - 12 black widows a summer! Since starting Alterra a year ago, We haven't seen any ants in our house or any black widows. Andy S. our Alterra Service Pro is very professional and friendly! Alterra Pest Control is fantastic and well worth the money!
Andy S. come by to re-service our house due to earwigs and he was really thorough in explaingin why they often show up, what they are attracted to and how he was going to treat the areas that we see them in most often. Great Customer Service, Andy. S.!

I just had my initial appointment with Mann K. today (i.e., October 30, 2013). Mann was very professional and clearly explained everything to me. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Alterra!
Had second treatment several weeks ago. Still have spiders and the snails haven't lost appetite for my young vegetation. A bill was left on front door--paid by wife. My credit card was also charged for the visit. NOT HAPPY
We had our first service with Charles W. and Andy S. and I wanted to say I was very pleased with all they did to hopefully get rid of our black widow problems, as well as the many other bugs that we have been having issues with.
We just had our 1st service with Alterra and our serviceman , Joe K., was great ! 1st he was on time and 2nd he explained what I got for my money.He gave me alittle education on pests facts that I did know before.He even took down all the spider webs from under the roof eves including the ones that were 22 feet up.Good job Joe. I'll recommend Alterra and Joe K. to all my neighbors. Dan K.
