Intermountain as a whole should be shutdown. They are greedy and only treat patients like dollar signs and nothing else. I believe doctors take an oath to “do no harm” and if that is the case they should all the doctors in the ER should have their licenses taken away! I have been there 4 times and everytime I leave there I am more upset and concerned then when I went in there. An absolute 5-Star experience from triage to discharge. This is my second time being in this emergency department in the past 6 months, first for a car accident and then for my daughters knee injury. Reviewing OB Dr. Robert Later:I moved to Sandy earlier this year, and was already about 10 weeks pregnant at the time. I was given a quote of 760.00 on my pelvic cat scan and was billed 2800.00. This is medical fraud!!! Not one person was willing to help... Just pay it or be turned to collections!!!

Came back after surgery with intense pain and had to be transported here, waited 25 minutes to be admitted, no pain relief. I’m in my room and the nurse took her time setting up the room, messed up meds, had lots of air in tubes, took 1.5 hours total to get everything done and an IV in my arm. Glad I was only ya know at a 8/10 in pain. There is a huge lack of urgency or really people just caring. Please don’t bring your family here.

I had surgery that was understandably pushed back, things happen in hospitals that no one can control I get that. however after hour 3 of not updating my wife in the waiting room that I was yes still sitting in pre op. in fact the receptionist in the waiting room had gone home and left my wife there alone with zero update or even speaking a word to her. I love coming to this hospital more then any other. the doctors are super nice, staff and nurses are super nice and friendly. I live closer to the IHC hospital in Murray but I'd rather drive to this facility because they are much nicer and more understanding. I feel like this is my safe place if I ever need it.
