RecommendedI came from a neighborhood that had a not so active leasing office. I rarely saw them around, phone calls went unanswered, work orders were incomplete for days. The Pointe at Lindbergh is heaven on earth! The leasing team is so friendly, active, PRESENT. They really make me feel like myself and my home matter. I haven’t been here a year yet and already can’t wait to renew my lease. The pointe on Lindbergh is on point!

RecommendedStaff is friendly (mainly Scott I’ve interacted with) including grounds crew! And the amenities are superb! I enjoy walking around the grounds because they are so well kept. We haven’t lived her long but it’s been enjoyable so far! Shout out to the friendly maintenance crew I met the day of submitting a request. We also got Google Fiber set up and it was done the next day in a short 15min visit!
Living here has been traumatising to a new degree. The residents are fed up and the building management could not care less. Elevators are always broken, takes 1 hour to get a chance to use the elevator
Recommended"Great place to live! The flat is well-organised and have everything you can dream of! If you have any kind of problem, just call the office and they will take care of it. Nice swimming pool and nice gym to exercice! It is also possible to garden! Eating your own grown lettuce and tomatoes is so great! Great location : Marta station is so close and walking around the area is nice too! Downtown Atlanta is only one hour and a half walking distance!" Rating: 5.0 stars😄

It’s was suppose to be a gated community but out of 12 months I have seen gates working for only couple of months. I am given a remote as a compensation of some misunderstanding occurred at leasing office but what’s the use. The gates are always open.
This complex is basically "lipstick on a pig". They spend oodles of dollars to make the building where their front office is housed look high end but just a peek inside one of the apartments reveals another side entirely. Rats are in the walls, flood damage from apartment accidents is left to sit for days, the maintenance performed is shoddy and half-assed and usually results in more work needing to be done.
