Love this place! All the staff is fantastic and we feel right at home. Definitely come by. You’ll love the community!
The staff are so helpful and friendly. Joanna, Jordynn, Melina, and Amber are always ready to give lots of love to my two little fluffy dogs! They plan terrific events such as the recent Yappy Hour for community pets and their people. Jonathan and his crew are quick to respond to any maintenance needs.

Do not move here!!!!!!! You will be treated badly, water leaks, noisy, they will tow and damage your car, and the management will blame you for everything

This property is hands down the worst in the Design District. The management team realized they were too lazy & it was becoming too much work to hand out any guest passes. So if you have a guest be sure to let them know that they will be towed, OR AVOID THIS PLACE! Constantly doors are broken so anybody off the street can walk in, not very safe. Keep it up Alta Strand & do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Alta Strand has a great staff and a wonderful community feel to it. The location is wonderful and the amenities are perfection. I love the 24 hour fitness and business centers, as well as the fact that the location has 2 pools. I am also a big fan of the apartment itself and the fact that it really does feel like coming home.
I don't live here.......yet, but I visit my sister who lives on the property 3-4 times a month. And let me just tell yall I was blown away at the luxury's this place has to offer ! their pool & gym (which is where I spend most of my time) felt like I was in a resort, cleanly, top-tier equipment, and friendly residents! Definitely looking to move there when my current lease is up!
