I'm currently on my second lease here at Alta Strand. Truly enjoy living here, especially in the summer months. Both Pools are great and well maintained. The staff in the front office are top notch and always handle any issues in a timely matter. My lease will be up in June of 2019 and I can't imagine leaving this great location.
The Alta Strand is very user friendly. After reading the few negative reviews, I came to the conclusion that the reviewers probably had not read the rules regarding parking if their vehicles were towed. Regarding maintenance issues, I have found the maintenance team to be very responsive.
Moved in this past August and have been extremely happy with the apartment. Me and my roommate have really enjoyed our life here. The amenities are stellar, like the gym, grills, shaded walkway and pools. My pets extremely love this place! Staff is friendly and Melina is absolutely amazing to work with and super helpful! The only difficult thing about this place is the guest parking, but honestly, everything far outweighs that frustration point. Totally recommend living here! And have I mentioned the views?
I don't live there but I visit my daughter who does live there on a regular basis. I have commented several times about how active the management company is with their residents. I always notice posters in the elevators about events and my favorite, the Pet of the Month. I am posting a review even though I don't live there because while visiting I established a perception of apt living which did align in any way with the apt I just moved into. Love my place, been here for over a year and hands down the best place I have ever lived. Love the entire Alta Strand community.
I am moving to Alta Strand at the end of September. The application process from the visit to the lease signing was always very friendly and welcoming. Jordynn gave me a great tour around the whole place, and always made me feel very comfortable to ask questions and discuss anything about the apartment and the complex. Love living at Alta Strand, they have an amazing staff who watches out for the best interest of its residents. It's a pet friendly building, well located with great restaurants and entertainment in the neighborhood. I'd definitely recommend Alta Strand!
