Staff are always friendly, community happy hours each week, great gym, clean facilities, great location with so much to do! Lucky to live in a large complex and still have a real sense of community.

Alta Strand is an awesome community to live in. The staff are very helpful and diligent when it comes to solving issues, and the property has developed very nicely. Residents are very courteous as well, and it is a true community feeling. The location is great because of the proximity to downtown Dallas, major highways, and the Strand Trail (Turtle Creek). The interiors of the apartments are beautiful, and the patios are excellent for enjoying the weather. 5 - Star Rating all the way for me, extremely lucky to live here.
Hands down my favorite living experiences since I moved to Dallas. The pools and gym are huge and the events are fun too. Great staff. Would recommend this place to anyone.
