So glad I came. I kept myself from going for a long time in fear I was making a big deal of nothing, but they were quick to identify my problem and get me into surgery that same day.
My father was visiting from out of town and had to deal with a recurring issue. He was seen almost immediately and everyone from the nurses to the doctor were very kind and thorough. I’m sure people can have bad experiences in the ER and it’s an incredibly stressful place to be, but the team here was great.
Under staffed , neglected , sent home after continuous pain meds.
I’ve never experienced such awful medical care in my life. From the rude security guard at the front desk to the condescending nurses, this place was terrible. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, belittled, and disrespected while already being sick. The nurses have awful bedside manner in their tone, words, and patience. It is truly disheartening and heartbreaking that professionals who are supposed to help you can be so rude and cold. All I can say is that these are not the right people for their jobs.
