Very disappointing experience, especially after being a customer for many years. About two months before closing our restaurant, I contacted the company to advise that we would be ending our contract at the end of August. I was told that this was fine as only 30 days' notice was required. I gave them plenty of notice as a courtesy and to make sure everything was handled properly.
