The customer service people on the phone are great, but appear to have no power to make things happen. I've had nothing with issues with ALSCO for over 18 months - zero communication, decrease in the quality of the sheets (delivering dirty, creased sheets), no resolution to issues, having to chase over and over again to get issues resolved, promises of call backs that never materialize, being told different things by different people - now their website has locked me out and I have to wait 5-7 days just for a call back to ge... read more

Great customer service & follow up
Over the last 6 months I have had nothing but problems with Alsco. Communication is pretty much non-existent, and when they do actually respond, they say they will action my requests and never do. They have charged us for things we don't have, or services we have cancelled and now that I have gotten completely fed up and cancelled services all together they have sent me another bill saying I had to give 30 days notice.
