Waiting time is horrendous. Very poor online and phone line waiting system. After waiting a long time it asks you to just call back again and join the queue and cuts you off. I think there should be a queue call back button which other surgeries have introduced! Would not recommend registering with this surgery at all.
appalling customer service. The system for booking appointments is not fit for purpose. Do they think patients have nothing better to do with their time than continually try to get through and receive a constant busy tone. No call waiting, no ability to book online. No realisation that people don't come to the doctors for pleasure. Get with the times and focus on patient experience!
