Danny B. was a real Professional! Very detailed and knowledgeable in his craft. He completed all tasks as requested. When I thought there was a problem he came back to assure me that it was not a problem and demonstrated what I misunderstood. I will request him personally again if service are needed again. Mitch was fantastic and definitely made up for the issues I had with scheduling. I scheduled an appointment to have my grandmothers safe recoded the week prior to service as I live 2.5 hours out of town and wanted to secure something. The morning of, as I was driving, I received a call to reschedule my Noon appointment. They could not tell me when the technician would be able to arrive and told me the other client was an emergency. I was very happy with my recent experience with Alpine Lock and Key. The technician, Jake D. showed in less than an hour and quickly got my front door to open, this was the first experience I've had calling a locksmith, and it was better than I had anticipated. Jake took the time to explain, and answer my questions, very helpful !
