I lost my car key. Alpine sent out a van. They made me new keys and reprogrammed the chips and car with new code. Great service at a fair price.

Called Alpine at early on a Saturday morning to see if they could and unlock a fireproof filing cabinet that I locked my keys in. (All of my keys). I connected with the after hours line where Danny picked up. He was at my home in less than an hour and was professional, efficient and quick in less than 20 minutes I had my cabinet unlocked and another spare key. The price I paid I feel was reasonable. Jeromi from Alpine Lock and Key immediately diagnosed the broken Andersen door lock problem and provided us with a temporary fix for our continued use of the door until the part came in. We've used Alpine for 10 years in Reno and they're stellar professionals!
