Jeromi provided great service. He was early to the appointment which I appreciate. He then rekeyed a lock in a matter of a few minutes and took the time to show me how I had installed the lock incorrectly and how to adjust it so it was centered.

Larry S. At Alpine Lock was very friendly, fast, and efficient. All the work of re-keying locks and cutting new keys for the office building was performed on-site from the yellow work van. All new keys worked perfectly and the price was very reasonable. Alpine gave me the option of 'same-day' service at no extra charge, or following day. I took the first appointment the following day. Jeromi came to the house to remove a key stuck in a lock. He was very efficient and helped me make a better choice for a keyless entry system. He provided me with several extra keys. Great customer service. I've used Alpine Lock and Key since moving to Reno 15 years ago. Good company, good service.

Great service at a great price. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Work was completed on the same day that I called them. Their prices are lower than other companies in town. I will be using Alpine for all future lock and key services in the future. I highly recommend using Alpine lock and key!
