Chris B was very professional, patient and attended to our problem promptly. The issue with our lock was a little more complicated than perhaps he had anticipated, however he endured the situation with patience and calmness and resolved our inadvertently locked guest restroom to our satisfaction. James was on time, ready with necessary tools, displayed professional expertise in doing the job, and was totally efficient. No time wasted. Got the job done, quickly, and cleanly....i.e. he took the debris necessarily produced during the installation with him. Great job. Will call when I need another lock/key job done.

Amazing. Did everything quickly and on time. During this Covid time James was very careful with mask and gloves. The office helped me navigate the challenges of the home warranty.... I was very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience.

Chris was helpful with this whole process from beginning to end. He came by and gave us a quote and was open to all changes we made to the quote. He was always punctual and helpful at each visit and when it came time to do the installation he was prompt and did a great job on the install. He reprogrammed our new keypad and showed me how to do it but offered to come back if we ever need it changed or have issues. We will definitely be using this company again, and hopefully Chris is our tech!

Danny was awesome! He came when he said and explained what he would be doing. He was so pleasant and nice. Ge also adhered to CDC rules ( he wore a mask, stayed six feet away, etc). I highly recommend Alpine Lock.... ask for Danny!

Danny, from Alpine Lock and Key came this morning, very quickly, to repair the workings of only two door locks. After seeing how professional and knowledgeable Danny approached the first two locks I showed him two other doors which were not working securely and he rapidly fixed all four jobs in record time. Now all locks are greased and tightened and working to perfection! Thank you so much for your excellent service. Susan H*******
