Gabe was very professional and polite. Called me when and told me what time he would arrive. He installed our new safe with no problem and went over everything in detail. Process from start to finish was easy. Very very happy!

James was total professional. Explain my unique situation and offer possible solution for 2 non-normal locks. The other 2 he quickly rekeyed. My friend recommended them. I am glad he did.

Justine in office answered my questions very efficiently and scheduled my service for the same day. James arrived timely and promptly worked on the three locks I needed assistance with. He was extremely knowledgeable about locks and the repair and replace of them. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend Alpine lock and key.

Let me know when coming, showed up on time. Larry was the tech. He worked on front door handle and knob which was an older lockset. Needed to go back to truck and modify the part that was previously ordered. Did so, fixed door handle, and gave me bill which I paid then.

They helped me out of jams twice. Each time the technicians were prompt, friendly and fast. Their prices are too. I got locked out in USA Parkway and it wasn't much more than when it happened in Reno.
