Danny came to my rescue when I locked myself out of my new house. Wasn't used to locks that would lock from inside but still let you out... Oops! He was friendly, helpful, talked me through how the "money side" works and also helped me rekey and showed me about the 3-point locking system of the french doors the house came with. I would highly recommend Alpine Lock and Key and Danny!

Mitch H was very prompt and efficient. He was courteous and non-judgmental of a couple of older people who locked their keys in their car!! We were extremely grateful.

Mitch was great to work with. Our first appointment, he was unable to make. This was not an emergency. He called and we rescheduled another time. He arrived today, installed a new door knob and keyed to our house. Saying there would be no charge because of the missed appointment even though I was willing to pay him. In today’s world this is a positive moment. I will “pay it forward” because of Mitch. I have used Alpine Lock before and will continue to call them when needed.
