Jeromi knows locks and is great with customer service!! My key broke inside my car ignition..they were the cheapest so I went with them..the amazing customer service I got was so unexpected and highly appreciated! They were hundreds cheaper than other places I called and the work jeromi did with my key was exceptional bc it was super glued together and he fixed that part perfectly. Plus they had coffee made ;) great experience, great guys that work with this company!

I’ve used Jake at Alpine Lock three times in the past three years. He is always very friendly, helpful and professional. He shows up on time and works efficiently to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Jake at Alpine Lock
