Alpine Lock and Key has always been there for us. Jake was able to come out the same day I called and fixed the problem right away. Jake was professional and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and Jake arrived during the block of time stated. I also liked how they updated me via email throughout the day. I will definitely be contacting this business again for our door hardware needs!
Jacob deserves 10 stars, not just five. He arrived on time, worked diligently to investigate the problem, clearly shared what the problem was and the solution needed. He offered to return the same day to fix it although it meant a drive to Reno for the part. He gave a clear explanation of the costs for the repair. He was personable and did a superb job of ensuring us that the problem was solvable. I wish he lived closer to our primary home as I would certainly call on him there as well. Tech was on time and fixed the door lock in no time at all. He was very professional and will call them again or future lock issues.
