Extremely satisfied with Jake's service from Alpine Lock and Key. He was on time for the appointment, very professional, and answered all my questions. He also took extra time to show me how to program the locks. ****** ** ******
Larry was exactly on time and a gentleman in every way. He worked very quickly and quietly, cleaning up after himself. He had 4 doors with knobs and deadbolts to re-key plus one door that needed a new locking knob and deadbolt. Larry is a great representative for Alpine Lock and Key. I would highly recommend Alpine!

I have a house in Old Southwest built in 1930. The original lock to the front door broke. I called Aline Lock and Key and Larry came out to asses the damage. Larry disassembled the lock and showed me the broken piece. There is no repairing it and as I found out, no replacing it either. Larry took it upon himself to check his sources and even the 'net only to find the door and lock could not be repaired but there were several local door and window shops locally that could fit a door to my frame and locs n the door.
