My experience with Jaguar Fort Lauderdale would have been greatly improve if promised will actual fulfilled. My last two visits included a PROMISE that my loaner vehicle would be a Jaguar. It wasn't. I had to spend valuable time arguing with the manager about an unfulfilled promise and explain that as an executive, I cannot show up to appointed in a very low end rental which was the case.
