I'm currently on my 5th Jag. Love the cars, love the service. Diane has always been on top of things for me, always doing what's right and looking after me. This last visit when it took a little longer for the service (new tires that came in late in the day) she arranged to have one of their people deliver the car back to me the next day. Very impressed.
When going to my dealership for any matter they fix it quickly and efficiently and never suggest unnecessary items to make money but remind me when next service is due. Wash the car and offered a car but chose to wait and enjoy a cup of coffee! This is the way to keep a client- Diane Wiley my service person is why I keep coming back to Fort Lauderdale for my jaguars even though there are other Jaguar dealerships closer!
Let me start by saying that I have always hated taking my past vehicles to be serviced at the dealer. Not so with Jaguar Fort Lauderdale. I'm impressed by everything about this dealer from the showroom to the waiting area. My service adviser, James Happel is a pleasure to deal with. He goes above and beyond and is very professional and knowledgeable. James gets five stars from me! It's a very comfortable place and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you!
