Service is not good. They dont seem to value other people's time, they dont call back when promised, they dont follow up, appointments dont seem to make a difference. They go to lunch and dont get anyone to cover and you have to sit and wait for them to return!!! My car was scheduled yesterday and they had no loaner. I confirmed everything the day before, the guy never called me back and my car was never serviced. Said they would call when loaner was available. No call! Let me start by saying I’ve owned a lot of high end cars and worked with many service departments. I purchased my F Pace 2017. This vehicle has been riddled with issues from day one. Most all have been related to computer defects. I will stop here and say my service advisor Ken has been nothing but professional and done an excellent job, with that said he can only do his job.
