Last week Wednesday I bought a used Mercedes Benz E350 Coupe. I went from West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale to buy the car. I bought the car, but when I got to i95 engine light came on. I immediately returned and left the vehicle for service. The staff at the service told me that the defective parts would be replaced and my vehicle would be delivered to me without any problems. My wife and I just purchased a Jaguar XJL from Jaguar of Fort Lauderdale. I'm a pretty old guy. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and this was, by far, the most pleasant, stress-free car buying experience I've ever had. Rebeka Luecke was our sales representative. I’ve had such a great experience so far with my Jaguar F-Pace. I leased this beauty back in August and have had no issues. Amanda Levy, my service coordinator, is a gem ! Always so sweet and welcoming and a happy personality too! The service center is always very calm and peaceful and not what i Was used to going to north Miami Lexus. The customer service at Jaguar Fort Lauderdale is second to none. Diane was amazing, very attentive and accommodating to my needs. The best part about the whole experience was really interacting with Diane, she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Spent very little time at the dealership, just awesome!!!
