Everything has been great with both Service people I have worked with at Jaguar of Fort Lauderdale.
Most importantly is the attitude of the everyone at this dealership. Positive people, smiling faces and making the best effort to get it done. Keep up the great work.
My service adviser Amanda Levy, was great. As I travel quite a bit, she kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciate her going the extra mile. She would email me as well as call me. This kind of follow-up you rarely see these days in customer service. She is truly an asset to Jaguar Fort Lauderdale and I highly recommend her.

Service department as always is very helpful, friendly, and prompt.
My service advisor was great. Even when I got my F pace back, there were 3 things that were not right. He immediately took care of them. He always goes above and beyond.
James and everyone in the Servics department are the best. They are professional, kind, and efficient. Ive taken my car here twice. I wouldn’t trust it fixed anywhere else. The pricing is also reasonable and they support military.
