Better late than never. My experience with the service department is fabulous (especially Ken Sarra )All things were done that needed attention.
They have a very friendly, professional service department. They do an excellent job of keeping the customer informed of progress with the vehicle. The loaner car availability (or Lyft when necessary) are great perqs. If the prices weren't so darn high I would give them 5 stars!
I wholeheartedly recommend Jaguar Fort Lauderdale. My service representation James Happel explained all of my repair options and walked me through the entire process. Each person that I encountered tried to assist me at every stage. I will return to service my car as well as purchase my next Jag from them

My experience was such a positive one! Everyone was so very kind and professional. I was concerned about my car, and they assured me that they could handle everything, and they did it with perfection! I cannot imagine going anywhere else for service on my Jaguar!
First time there with our new XJ. Very clean with a nice customer lounge. You can even buy some great Jaguar items from luggage to jackets and more. Staff is great too, which is extremely important to us.
