I have no idea how these cowboys stay in business. Terrible customer service - it takes a week to get a reply or for them to answer the telephone. I worry about what would happen to my dog in an emergency if they can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone when it rings over and over again. The Scottish woman there is rude and disrespectful and should not be allowed to work there. Plus the place looks a right mess, with paint peeling and dirty old posters.
