Not nice person and lazy to clients
The lab does not close at the times as indicated on website. They are closed to patients 15-20 mins BEFORE and the staff promptly leave at the stated closing times. (Was turned away at 4:45pm when the website says 5pm, door was already locked). Website should make it clear what time they are CLOSED TO PATIENTS and not what time the staff leave for the day. Good service
I am very disappointed with the service at this laboratory. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They treat people poorly and provide very bad customer service to patients. Every time I have visited, I have noticed that many people are complaining about the service, which makes my experience even more frustrating.
