Team effort by Tony & Beth quickly resolved an urgent problem for which we are very grateful. Great service and David was quick to respond to my time-sensitive request.
We appointed Alpha housing to manage our development last year. Previous to this we had been managed by a large national company and a small independent firm. Both of these had their faults. I can only complement Alpha in everything they have done . They have saved us money , been available 24/7 for any problems and nothing big or small has been too much trouble. I cannot complement them too highly and recommend their services without reservation to all.
In the main Alpha are doing a good job managing our site, as a director of our site company I have a lot of contact with them. Working together most things can be sorted. Alpha Housing services do appear to have taken on a lot of business and could possibly benifit from more staff. We have a good working relationship and they are very approachable but on occasions it does appear things can be drawn out.
I've dealt with Alpha over the last few months and find them an excellent company. Always able to answer any questions, are clearly well run and look after their customers extremely well. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
