Alpha were the installer for our main bathroom, and we were so impressed with them that we went to them for our new ensuite (supply and installation). There were so many different options available from Alpha compared to the big stores. We were walked through the options in the showroom until we were happy with our choices. Excellent service, engineer so helpful and helpful, obviously experienced and knowledgeable. The office staff were so helpful and on a Saturday spent time going through all the reasons I was having problems. Highly recommended.
Ordered some tiles from here and emphasised the urgency. Was told they would be ready to collect the following Monday. The day after called the shop to ask if could collect and was told that they would never have been ready for the day previously told due to the quantity ordered. Explained that we had asked specifically for an urgent order and was advised they would be ready the following Monday. The girl who spoke to us did not apologise and basically made us feel as if we were lying. Dreadful customer service. No respect a... read more
