I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The service was far below acceptable standards, and the staff demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism. Communication was poor, responsibilities were not handled properly, and there was little to no regard for customer satisfaction.

I contacted alpha drive for an extremely last minute booking on their Range Rover. They managed to help me out and went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. On collection, the car was clean and a detail handover was given along with answering any questions that I had. On return, it was just as easy as collection. All the workers were friendly and respectful and they do go above and beyond to insure you have a good experience. I look forward to using them again.
