The vet was really friendly and professional, answering my questions and putting our pet at ease. The receptionist who I dealt with (didn't see a name tag so I'll call her Garth) told me to wait for the medication. So I waited and waited until I asked her colleague and she then went and prepared the medication for me, so I was waiting for something that was never coming. Whitburn Alora.

my mum and dad's dog came into get castrated and it was a nice and easy procedure, we also got him a toy which he hasn't used yet cos he's resting but he's liked the previous ones we have gotten from alora vets - would definitely recommend
