Love the service! The staff was friendly and prompt! I also enjoyed the modern décor and the location is fantastic! Minneapolis is awesome!
It felt like I had a 2 bedroom loft facing US Bank Stadium in Downtown East. Extremely spacious and open, always like loft living. My go to place in Minneapolis. I say like being in a place like Clinton Hill or Brooklyn Heights but those that live and work in that section say more like Manhattan.
The desk staff seems to be preoccupied with their cell phones. Rooms are good when everything works. Overall for a W chain hotel I thought the service would be top notch but it was only average.
Enjoyed our stay here very much. The place has a friendly, hip, international feel to it. Love its proximity to the Guthrie, Zen Box and the riverfront. We'll be back.
Super modern, cute and comfy. They have everything you could think of that you would need!!! Fabulous customer service! Will be back!!!
Millennial yuppie hipster hotel. Noisy at night because of thumping disco music in the lobby. Few services, cramped rooms. Not worth the extra cost.
