It is 4pm and we cannot check in. Our room is not ready and we have a wedding to be at in 1 hour. That's not the worse part, the worse is the lady at the front t desk's attitude. Far from great customer service, awful!
Best hotel I have ever stayed at. And at such a reasonable price! Will definitely be staying here every time I'm in Minneapolis.
The rooms are Beautiful love the staff very nice and attentive
