Aloft was conveniently located downtown about 20 mins from everything including Mall of America. I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was nice and attentive. The only issues I had were the lack of space in the rooms and lack of bath tub. The pool is small and hot tub functions but the seats were uncomfortable because of the rocks. But other than that I enjoyed every thing about this place. The bar and restaurant has good service. They usually have great groupons for the bar � that includes drinks and food.
It was a great experience. Good location! Staff was courteous.
Went to a Birthday Party here and had a ball. Place was beautiful and the staff were very pleasant
Jose, with the Refresh Team is the Bomb!! Helped me to the parking garage and left the cart to walk me all the way there. Another question I had in the hall way and he stopped what he was doing and answered my question!!!
Was a great hotel service was excellent the design of the rooms is definitely unique kinda had me hooked right away I would definitely stay there again
