Nice location, awful experience. My wife's vehicle was involved in a hit and run in their parking lot. The front desk person waited almost 9 hours after the accident to inform us about it and was a real prick about it. Total lack of responsibility on their part. Plus the bed was a stone mattress and the tv channels were limited. Will not be staying here again.
Good hotel in great location. Rooms are modern and comfortable. One big complaint, they HAVE HAVE HAVE to get the Big Ten Network for their TV package. B10 town with a B10 school....NO EXCUSE!!!!!! Also very limited parking.
Fantastic room design. Simple and not extravagant. Not too many towels or extra plastic bottles of thises and thats. Wall mounted shampoo + body wash, good for the planet kind of stuff. Great neighborhood nearby and shops, restaurants and a deli. Loved it. The park nearby is a good one too. Had a great time.
This would have been a 4+ star rating. It should have been. Everyone was really friendly, the hotel was very cool and in a great location. This morning, we ate breakfast and about 30 minutes later, my wife started to feel ill. By the time we got home, it was clear she got good poisoning.
Close to downtown, the US Bank football stadium and the district/waterfront. Newer construction, attentive staff and great pricing for the business traveler or staycation
