I have been meaning to write since we left the Galena 2 weeks ago (Feb 2010). Three couples (ages 30-35, no children) stayed at the Redtail Retreat. We were so impressed by everything from the architecture to the comfy beds to the luxury bath towels. The rental company paid attention to every detail and it was much appreciated. I typed in "Absolutely Wonderful" as the title below. I don't know where the title that is listed came from! :) I also don't know what the person below was talking about. Mary and Eric were so very helpful and were very pleasant to communicate with via phone and e-mail whenever I needed.

I have not rented from them. I did call, and was not very happy with the phone call. I work in customer service, and when someone calls and wants information, I dont think you should ask them if they went to the web site. I was told, all our information is on the web site. I called because I wanted to talk to some one. I cannot comment on the homes they rent. They could be very nice. Not very helpful and I would not recommend calling for information.
