Had no issues getting into the property, everyone was very helpful! Once in the property I was promised the garden would be sorted which it wasn’t, I then paid out of pocket £40 for garden to be done as it was a mess. Emailed about a property they had for sale - no response. Phoned 4 days later, that'll be G##### , I'll let him know you called! Still nothing so again 2 days later called them, only to be told flat was no longer for sale, rent only! I know the previous tenants moved out within last 10 days! Have to say this business shows a total lack of Customer service on all levels 👎👎
If I could leave 0 stars I would...... This company or the guy I spoke to at least is a joke. I phoned to enquire about any suitable properties and whilst speaking to the guy (didn't get his name) he asked me what my situation is..... As soon as I started explaining he hung up on me........ I called back, he answered and as soon as I said I'd just spoken to him a second ago he hung up again....... I've tried phoning 3 times since but now he isn't even answering the phone.
