All round a very pleasant experience . I felt at ease as soon as I arrived to be greeted by Zoe at the front desk in the clinic at Seres Road Clarkston . I had a very thorough hearing test by Ian using the latest technology .My husband was also tested and needed hearing aids . He was given a trial period with aids and has now successfully been fitted with the most up to date hearing aids which includes an aftercare package . I would highly recommend Almond Hearing .
I have just taken my dad to the Almond Hearing clinic for the first appointment and all I can say is what fantastic experience. From the receptionist (sorry I don’t know her name) who was professional , extremely helpful and friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere, to Ian the audiologist who was just lovely, professional and informative. In 2025 my mum chose Almond Hearing in Clarkston to supply hearing aids as replacements to her existing NHS hearing aids. She has never looked back. Any concerns she had at the initial cost of buying the hearing aids have been put to rest. The improved performance and, in particular, the quality of the aftercare support has been well worth it. Getting to the age where I felt that hearing aids were necessary I made the correct decision to use Almond Hearing. From the initial consultation, through testing, fitting of trial aids and then to final supply Iain and his team were first class throughout. Thorough explanations were given for all the issues involved and various options regarding types and the relevant costs offered.
