Clarkston branch have really pleasant and very knowledgeable staff. Great service for ear wax removal at short notice , thanks to them.
I would highly recommend Almond Hearing. Iain is obviously a first class audiologist but for me, equally, if not more important, was his excellent communication skills. Very easy going manner and in what was an extremely challenging time mentally for me, his assistance has helped me get to a much better place now. I’d also say that this manner is reflected from the moment you walk through the door and speak to other members of staff in a nice, friendly environment.
Fraser was a friendly, warm,skilled, efficient, professional who kept me informed throughout. The procedure (wax removal ) was a complete success.
Attended Almond Hearing in Clarkston with my sister who was looking for new hearing aids. Her hearing is very bad and we were looking for a lot of help. Almond Hearing had been recommended by friends. Wonderful team managed to fit me in for an appointment last week . I was in pain and could not hear anything . Instant relief after ear wax removal treatment , I can’t thank you enough. I have even been offered an aftercare appointment and no extra cost !!! Now that does not happen often . A very positive experience and such a friendly team. Thank you
