Dr El Ramey is a great doctor. She is thorough and listens to your reasons for being there.I did not feel rushed. She took her time with me.I would recommend her if you need a neurologist.

Dr. Almeida El Ramey is very knowledgeable in this field. I originally went to Urgent Care and I was told to get my eyes checked and to see a neurologist. UC no mention of going straight to the ER. When I called Dr. El Ramey's office and explained what was going on with me I got a quick appointment with her. Her staff fit me in right away. Dr. El Ramey was shocked that I was not sent to the ER and told me to get an appointment to have an MRI MRA. Everywhere I called the appointment was weeks away. This was my first visit to Dr. Margarita Almeida El-Ramey's office. I had waiting a long time for this appointment, and I was not disappointed.The staff was very courteous (although the waiting room was a bit chilly) and I was truly amazed at the thoroughness of this initial examination and the explanations that followed for each test or observation.I have been in a lot of doctor's offices and it was a pleasure to have a really, wonderful, lengthly exam.

This doctor is as negative as she can be. My mom suffers from dementia and sees and talks to her dead parents. I was told by this doctor that anyone who talks to their dead parents shouldn’t be living alone. Does she not know that it is common for this to happen? My mom takes excellent care of her home and herself and although her memory gives her issues and she cannot do what she used to be able to do, I want to find another doctor who will not make her feel like a freak because of her symptoms.

Who has alzheimer, my loved one or this" doctor"? Ihad to keep giving her the same information over and over again because she kept repeating it wrong. She seemed more interested in checking her cellphone than interacting with the patient. This woman Almeida had an insincere and condescending attitude. She was rude and showed little patient to my senior mom who happens to have alzheimer. There is something that is not quite right with that woman. My appointment was at 3:00 pm I left at 4:45 without been attended by the doctor. It doesn't make any sense to make several appointments at the same time. It shows no respect whatsoever for the patient. Our time is as important as the doctor's time.

Office Staff in charge of making appointments lacks in customer service skills. I was put on hold twice waited 15 minutes only to be told all of the information I provided had been lost. I ran out of patience and hang up. The doctor seems good but I haven't been able to make an appointment yet.

I WAS AT THE OFFICE IN NOVEMBER 2019, I WAS TOLD THAT APPOINTMENTS WAS AVAILABLE FOR FEBRUARY 2020, THEY PUT MY NAME ON A WAITING LIST, KEPT MY PC INTRODUCTORY LETTER, TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL, NEVER HEARD UNTIL TODAY WHEN NOW THEY TOLD ME THAT NO APPOINTMENT IS AVAILABLE AND WILL HAVE AN OPENING IN MAY!!!MY NAME DOES NOT APPEAR ANYWHERE THE INTRODUCTORY LETTER FROM MY DOCTOR HAS GONE, NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS. THE FRONT DESK AND THEIR SERVICES ARE THE WORST I EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH. AVOID THIS OFFICE.
