Have cancelled our cable service by Fax, phone, letters............they still keep billing and adding a monthly fee. I've had Directv since Dec. 1st. Had no service after Ike for 36 days............never received credit for the outage...............Sorry, sorry customer communication. Do not acknowledge contact at all.

This should be 0 stars. Almega bought our cable company in November, 2008. Since then we have lost 6 channels, the 800# for customer service is in the country of India and they never help. I've been hung up on 6 times. My cable was hit by the local power company because Almega never marked the ground. The cable company put my new cable line along the top of my neighbors fence (in the alley), to my fence, through my peach tree, through my rabbit hutch to my house. We have been out of services since Sunday--5 days. This includes us and all the folks in the neighborhood that have cable with this miserable company. I called the office and got a message that made no sense and then I was put on hold without ever getting through. By noon tomorrow it will be 6 full days without even an explanation or some estimate of repair time. The service is pathetic. My neighbors have called also and they have had the same experience.
