I do not give this cable company a five star rating. They are terrible. My service has been awful. It became worse, when everything went HD in June. I do not have half of my channels, especially the local ABC and CBS channels. I have been told every week, that someone will be in my area the "end of the week" to take care of the matter. I am tired of their promises. They claim that many channels wanted to charge them more, therefore, they took them off without notification to their customers. Promises, promises and nothing improves. Stations not on, poor picture quality. Favorite reply is that they will send a technician. Need to be reported to attorney general and FCC
I've heard all the lies I can stand for one life. We've had absolutely no picture for over a month now. Yet we're promised it will be on the next week. Not! So, so long to you guys. You'll get about what you deserve.
Fraud!! Horrible customer service, they lie they never follow through. Everyone please file a complaint with the BBB. This is important.
This company needs to be reported to the FCC - no service - and when you call you speak to India - they do nothing!
I have called this company several times to tell them that we are not receiving all our cable channels and been told by their customer service rep that once it was a digital problem and the second time that they would get a technician to check on it and get back with me. Needless to say after one week nothing has been done and probably will not because there is probably no technician on their staff. Actually ZERO stars. Not receiving 10 of the 40 channels promised - repeated calls do nothing.
O stars. Have called 14 times to try and get tech service to fix poor/no quality reception since 4/13/09. Same standard answer a tech wll be out to fix in a couple days....BS! Supervisor Charles and Craig Thomas are worthless and full of BS promises. Don't waste your time with the company. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Lie after lie after lie. And they say all there customer sercice people are located in Bedford TX..... that's a BIG lie also. Try India. They are not a reputable company!
Actually "0" stars! Poor service...very few working channels...promises,promises....we cancelled service on 3/4/09 by phone and in writing and are still getting bills! IS THERE NO ONE TO TAKE CARE OF THESE THINGS? This is happening to friends in Holly Hill as well...and I see that there are others on line. Is legal action the only way to get results?
