Carlos for Fabulous Blonde Highlights – I definitely highly recommend Carlos for hi-lights. He is very professional and achieved the exact color I wanted. My hair is very damaged and he was able to accomplish a very beautiful color of blonde that was not brassy or ash and he did not compromise the quality of my hair at all, on the contrary, it looks healthier overall now. He is very proper in his salon etiquette and he helps you feel very comfortable during the coloring process. TWO THUMBS UP!! Thank you again Carlos!!

Best Hair in The Grove!!! – I had my hair done by Joy and boy was she phenomonal! I love my color and my haircut. I would have never thought that lightening my color to a warm caramel color would take years off but I went in for a cut and Joy suggested that I add some warm caramell colored hilights to break up my deep color that was washing me out. Irina made me beautiful... – I did my hair last night with Irina and I couldn't be happier. She did exactly what I asked for and was very knowledgeable. It looks beautiful. I'm already getting a lot of compliments at work about my haircolor and the cut she gave me. I will definitely be back!!!

Thank you Joy! I love my hair!!!! – I just want to take a few minutes out of my day to thank Joy Sunde at Allure Salon for such an enjoyable afternoon! I did the unthinkable and tried to do my own hilights at home and it proved disastorous! I was crying because the ends of my hair looked as if they were about to melt off. Luck was on my side. – Finally found a good colorist for over 1 yrs. My cousin told me about her stylist Sonia at Allure. She swears that she is the BEST !!! So, I set up an appointment with her, for correcting my color, and a new hair style. I arrived to the salon, and she greeted me right away. Then she bought me the color book. Irina my savior... – Just when I thought that there was no sense of customer service left in Miami, I found Allure salon. I drove by this place and saw that they were open on Sunday. I just so happened to walk in and spoke with the salon manager Pablo. He was very attentive and incredibly friendly. I asked him 1000 questions and he answered them all gladly. Alex is a GENIUS with Blondes!!!! – I've been going to Allure for a while now for my nails. I recently started doing my hair there after I saw Alex's highlights on a beautiful blonde that he was doing the day I went in. I'm so glad that I chose to leave my stylist of 5 years to try out Alex. I love his personality and his work is hard to beat. He listens to you and makes awesome suggestions. He gave me two tone Highlights and gave me an amazing cut. I look hot! My husband loves Alex too. Hahaha. Thanks Alex. You're the best.

not all – I had been to Allure several times with different people. This time, I was told to go to Alex . I came in just to do my root color, no big deal. This guy turn my hair orange , I was so shocked, I paid and left fast. And, I also have to say that he was acting very strange. In all fairness to the rest off the stylist, I have never had any of the others do a bad job.
