It was really refreshing to have such an experienced professional with honesty and integrity. They went up and beyond what they needed to in order to help me with my aic conditioner needs. I will not go to anyone else.

Prompt callback, on time, good communication, felt they were honest and AC is working fine now. Pricing seemed a little high but i did not get other quotes so now comparisons. Will use again if needed.
Jeff responded to my inquiry almost immediately and came out the same day and repaired my unit for a great cost! He didn't try to sell me more than what I needed, was friendly and discussed my issues with my a/c unit in terms I could understand. I was more than pleased with every aspect of my transaction and service! I will be recommending Allstate to everyone!
Jeremy was on time, and very helpful. He even came back later to complete the job, when it became obvious that he wouldnt be able to fully diagnose the problem until all the ice melted off my a/c. He went over the compelte system and we found the problem...and he didn't laugh at me when we discovered it was my fault! Leisa
