He was on time, professional, competent. Did a nice job and did not rake me over the coals. I am very pleased.
Responded to my call and arrived sooner than anticipated. Knew what he was doing and was well prepared. Fixed the unit quickly and was very reasonable when it came to his fee. Will certainly call again if the need arises.
They called me that morning and were here by 10:00 AM. The problem turned out to be a loose connection. Which was embarrassing to me, because I replaced the contractor thinking that was the problem. Next I automatically thought the compressor was dead without checking it. I was ready to replace the compressor, which Allstate could have taken advantage of.
Jeremy was awesome! He arrived promptly and was very professional. He assessed the air conditioning problem in my home and explained my options. It is obvious that he is a very trained professional in his field and was understanding and respectful with my concerns with costs of the repairs. I trusted his knowledge, advise and integrety to complete the job correctly and honestly. I appreciate Jeremy, he helped me at a time of need with compassion and professionalism and promptness. We hired Allstate Air and Heating to look over our unit. We have had problems with our unit in the past and wanted to make sure it was running good. Jeremy showed up on time and was very nice. He looked over all of our unit and checked both the outside unit and the airflow. With all the problems we have had with both our unit and the company that installed it, it was refreshing to have someone professional and not take advantage of us. Thanks a bunch Jeremy! :)

They were very fast at calling and coming out to the house. However, their prices were absolutely rediculous. I didn't realize this until after 2 other companies gave me a COMPLETE price quote over the phone (offering to email it) after Allstate already performed the work. When my husband came home and looked at the additional $110 of additional "labor and materials" he could've killed me! He said the 2 items that were used were only $9 at Home Depot. Customer's total bill was $158.12 incl service call, parts, labor,tax. Spent about 2 hours on this call, including driving to pick up the needed parts. I cleaned all the dirt/debris from the cooler, connected the water line w/ proper fittings, filled w/ water, adjusted the float & belt, tested for proper operation. Told cust would be about $150 before I started & was satisfied when I was finished.
He saved us quite a bit, about $350 for checking the warranty on the AC unit for us. His prices seemed fairly reasonable compared to others. I was a bit leary at first b/c he sounded so young, but it didn't affect his service. He worked on 2 of our units.
They were prompt, knowlegeable, and thorough. I will continue to work with them in the future.
