Arrived on time for the estimate. Gave a thorough and understandable estimate of cost. Did so on a timely basis. Arrived to complete work on a timely basis. No surprises.

These folks are GREAT and add something that seems to be missing these days! The personal (and sincere) service touch. He was here for around 40 - 45 minutes servicing our two heaters. We plan to use them hence forth for our A/C and Heating services. We will be calling them in the spring for servicing/preventive maintenance on the A/C. Good recommendation and thanks! Thanks foir reminding me to check. The cooler was leaking water when he left and he said it would stop in a few minutes. I just check and a couple of weeks later, it's still leaking! Otherwise I would say they were great. On time and professional.
